  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    I typically ship within one week of purchase. Shipping time can vary, but most US orders should be there within about a week or two after shipping. If you are a US buyer and have not received your order within 30 days of purchase, please contact me through the contact section. For international buyers, you should contact if you have not received your order within 60 days.

  • Will a tracking number be provided with my order?

    Tracking numbers will be provided by default for all orders except for stickers and magnets, as these will be sent primarily in standard envelopes. However, you can purchase the 'Tracking Upgrade' to have a tracking number provided for these orders as well.

  • Will you be restocking sold out items?

    It depends on the level of interest. You are always free to ask about certain product restocks by contacting me through the contact section of the store, or on any of my social medias.

  • Would you be open to putting ___ design on other types of products?

    Yes! Please contact me through the contact section of the store, or on any of my social medias and I'll see what I can do. I'm willing to upload any designs to Redbubble and/or Printful for on demand printing, and I'm always taking suggestions into consideration when manufacturing more/new items.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
